Installing 3D Cloud Baffles
Felt Right 3D Cloud Baffles come with one of two hardware options to best match your ceiling space: ACT and Flat. Our ACT hardware easily clips into your drop ceiling grid whereas our Flat hardware comes with an anchor and drywall screws. 6' cables included with 12' cables available upon request.
Care Information for Felt Right Acoustic Tiles

How Long Does It Take to Ship an Order?
All Felt Right products are made-to-order in our Utah facility, and production times vary based on the product type and order size.
Standard Production Times:
- Most Felt Right orders ship within 2–4 business days from our Utah facility.
- Some larger orders and certain products including ceiling baffles, room dividers, desk dividers, and more complex designs such as our National Parks and artist collections have a lead time of 6–7 business days.
- Larger commercial orders may require slightly longer production times. If you’re working on a commercial project or have questions about timing, feel free to reach out to us at sales@feltright.com.
- For custom projects created with our design team, lead time is approximately 4 weeks.
- We also offer expedited production for custom projects for an additional fee. If that’s something you’re interested in, reach out and we’ll walk you through options.

- Free standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days after production.
- Expedited shipping speeds up delivery after production but does not shorten production time.
