Felt Right tiles have a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of 0.35, meaning they absorb approximately 35% of the sound that hits them. When installed across a significant portion of your wall, they can greatly reduce echo, soften harsh acoustics, and create a more comfortable listening environment. For even greater sound absorption, Felt Right also offers a range of high-performance acoustic solutions beyond wall tiles. Our ceiling baffles come in three styles, each with a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) ranging from 0.65 to 0.80. For maximum acoustic performance, our Wood Slat Ceiling Panels deliver an impressive NRC of 0.85. What Tools are Required to Install My Felt Right Tiles?

Felt Right tiles are easily installed with a tape measure, a level, and a pencil. Simply orient your first few tiles and then build out your design from there. Most designs can be installed in less than an hour! You can watch an installation video here.

Are Adhesive Tabs Included With My Order?

Yes! Every Felt Right order includes removable adhesive tabs for quick and easy wall installation, plus a few extras just in case. Installing in high-traffic areas, on textured walls, or ceilings? For commercial customers with larger, permanent or overhead applications we strongly recommend installers use a construction adhesive like Liquid Nails, Heavy Duty Loctite, or Dynagrip in addition to Felt Right adhesive tabs or hot glue in order to achieve a secure bond.
