Shipping Times
When calculating a delivery date for your order, please add 3-4 days for production at our factory.
- Most orders ship from our factory in 2-4 business days
- If we are super busy, this might extend to 5-6 business days, but this is an exception
- For larger commercial orders, reach out to us, but lead-times are usually about 1-2 weeks
- If you need your order sooner, give us a call or send an email and we can work to expedite
- Free shipping is FedEx ground. You can select faster, paid shipping methods, but be sure to factor in production lead times when estimating your delivery date

Returns
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. For orders up to $1,000: if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase minus the cost of shipping (or you may ship it yourself).
For orders $1,000 to $3,000, you may return the items within 30 days and we will charge a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.
We do not accept returns on orders larger than $3,000, Ceiling Baffles, Desk Dividers, and Room Dividers.
We limit returns on large orders because we custom fabricate tiles for each order rather than store excess inventory as part of our effort to minimize our environmental footprint. Please note that orders placed within seven days of each other will be counted as one order and are subject to the terms listed above.
In order to ensure that your project is successful, we have color samples available and also provide free, up-front design support to help realize your creative vision.

Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at support@feltright.com for a shipping label, or mail your product to:

Once your return is received, we will send you an email within 14 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
