Return and Exchange
Here’s how our return and exchange policy works:
For orders under $1,000:
Return/ Exchange within 30 days for a full refund, minus return shipping (or arrange your own return shipping). Please note, this only applies to orders that are returnable, please see below for information on non-returnable items.
For orders between $1,000 and $3,000:
Return/ Exchange within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. Please note, this only applies to orders that are returnable, please see below for information on non-returnable items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
-Damaged, used, altered, or not in original condition
-Orders over $3,000
-Trade orders
-3D and Flat Cloud Baffles
-Blades Baffles
-Beams
-3D Boxes
-Apex Dimensional tiles
-Peak Dimensional tiles
- All 18mm products
-Commercial Felt Sheets
-Desk Dividers
-Room Dividers
Because each order is made-to-order, we limit returns on larger orders to reduce waste and support sustainability. Please note: orders placed within seven days of each other will be considered a single order for return eligibility.

Return and Exchange Instructions
Please contact us at support@feltright.com for approval and a Felt Right–issued return slip/RMA before sending your items back. You may use your own return label, but all returns must be pre-approved and include the return slip provided by Felt Right.
Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund minus the cost of any Felt Right–provided return label.
Please note that we do not offer standard exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or quantity, please place a new order upfront and return your original item for a refund.

Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you within 14 business days regarding your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Cancellation/ Order Edit Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. Edits or changes to an order can only be made on the same day the order is placed.
