Return and Exchange
Here’s how our return and exchange policy works:
For orders under $1,000: Return/ Exchange within 30 days for a full refund, minus return shipping (or arrange your own return shipping).
For orders between $1,000 and $3,000: Return/ Exchange within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders over $3,000, Trade orders, or on cut-to-order products like Ceiling Baffles, Beams, Desk Dividers, or Room Dividers.
Because each order is made-to-order, we limit returns on larger orders to reduce waste and support sustainability. Please note: orders placed within seven days of each other will be considered a single order for return eligibility.

To initiate a return:
Please contact us at support@feltright.com for approval and a return slip (RMA). You may use your own return label, but all returns must be pre-approved and include a Felt Right–issued return slip.

Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you within 14 business days regarding your refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
All orders must be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.
